  • Potato (2oz)
  • Carrot (2oz)
  • Onion (2oz)
  • Stock Soup(10.5 fl. oz)
  • Curry Roux (2oz)
  • Shrimps (6)
  • Wheat Flour (10 oz)
  • Egg (1)
  • Bread Crumbs (4oz)
  • Oil/Butter (1 oz)

Method

  1. Cut potatoes and carrots in cube shape and add thinly sliced onion in a bowl
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan
  3. Sautee onion until they turn golden brown to release sweetness from the onion.
  4. Now add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry the vegetables for five minutes.
  5. Then add stock soup, curry roux, salt &pepper to enhance the taste.

  • Bell Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow)

  9. Add in the cornstarch.
